While our site may have been conceived to bring the low-down on legal bud and other marijuana alternatives, it is not hard to understand why some of our readers would email us asking questions regarding other legal highs. In this case, I am referring to research chemicals. We have been emailed asking about research chemicals ranging from JWH-018, to Bk-MDMA, to 2C-T-2, to Dimethocaine. For a long while we didn’t know what to tell these people as none of us have had any experience with research chemicals (because to be frank, the legal bud business provides us with plenty of opportunities to get high legally). But then we started to notice a pattern: a large number of the emails were referencing a website called BuyTheMg which can be found at BuyTheMg.com.
So we got to thinking: what if we did a review of BuyTheMg? Surely that would please many readers since it was clearly a topic in demand. For those of you who are only interested in legal bud – you will have to bare with us.
We began by researching BuyTheMg to ensure that they were not a scam. What we found were very mixed reviews with some people claiming “BEWARE BUYTHEMG ARE A SCAM!” while others seemed very pleased with their timely results. In the end it boiled down to the same situation that we find ourselves in so commonly in the legal bud business: it’s up to our luck to find out. And with that we have came to conclude that the only fair way to review BuyTheMg and in turn do our duty to our readers was to order a product and see if BuyTheMg is a scam or not. And if not, is their service worth of our readers’ time and money?
Therefore, we have ordered the following from BuyTheMg: 100mg of JWH-018, 500mg of 2C-T-2, and finally 500mg of Buphedrone.
Is BuyTheMg a scam? Only time will tell. We will update our site with the results as well as a full review of BuyTheMg as soon as our products (hopefully) arrive. If any readers have any comments regarding BuyTheMg’s services then please leave your feedback in the comments below!

They are definitely not a scam; I’ve ordered three times and received all three orders rather quickly from Taiwan. The fastest came just five days from being shipped!
They have a very professional web site, and their product is legit. Not sure where the claims of them being scam are coming from — maybe competitors?

So why don’t you give some details of your experience then to support your claims, instead of just blurting out empty statements in ALL CAPS.
Oh dear… I saw this exact same pattern on another blog that reviewed buythemg. There were actually only a few people (maybe even just one) claiming “scam”, and they all seem to be illiterate and use lots of unnecessary expletives and repeat their claim endlessly using different aliases. Interestingly, the people saying they received their product seem to have a good grasp of English communication and could make a very solid case.
Mark my words, one of the next few comments on this page will be someone suggesting a vendor site that _isn’t a scam_…. yeah right…
This is how theses guys operate – they viciously knock down reputable vendors, then using another name they will recommend another site, which, unfortunately, IS going to scam you.
I encourage anyone who is on the fence about buythemg to take this into consideration – do you want to take the word of a retard, or from people who can actually use proper grammar and punctuation when communicating.
That other website “kogged” has let the scammers take over their blog and now it’s useless to try to find any real “review” due to all the bullsh!t comments on their stories. Hope this doesn’t happen here because I’d like to see their review of the Buphedrone.
I am a regular customer of buythemg, never had a single complaint, and their product is top notch. They deliver amazingly quickly considering it’s coming from Asia all the way to my home in Brazil. I don’t think there is any online vendor out there who can match them in customer service or product range.
Manuel: I assure you that we have no intentions of letting scammers “take over our blog.” We do however see the importance of letting all people voice their opinions, regardless of which side of the fence they are on. We try to pride ourselves on our integrity when making our review posts and we hope that our readers will come to recognize this as they start to follow our blog.
As for the comments, they are always going to be highly subjective as you never really know who the poster is and how reputable they are. I welcome your articulate feedback and I further urge you to understand the difference between us allowing these comments claiming BuyTheMg are a scam and us having our blog “taken over by scammers.”
If somebody is not willing to scroll the extra half a page to see the full scope of user comments then surely they are not deserving of your advice anyways

I will try to be civil about this to prove my point.
On July 16th, 2009 I placed an order with BuyTheMG for 1g of JWH-018 at the price of $90.43. I immediately received notification in my e-mail that the order was acknowledged and the payment accept.
July 20th rolls around and I still have not heard anything about it being shipped out. I contacted them multiple times through the contact page and did not hear back. I even attempted looking up the DNS information on WhoIS so I could personally e-mail them, but the information was protected.
I submitted another request on the Contact Page and then created a Twitter account to personally message them on there, just so I could get their attention. They told me that they do not discuss business over Twitter and that I should use the contact page. I explained again that they do not reply to my submissions and I did not receive a reply back after that.
At this point, I have slandered the company a fair amount and still see the amounting posts on the internet of people being scammed and ripped off. I filed a dispute with AlertPay against them and have not heard back from AlertPay either. I accept defeat and have given up.
November 2, 2009 rolls around and I get an obscure envelope in the mail.

The first thing I noticed was this is obviously not a gram. Disappointed and now a bit confused, I attempt to inspect the substance. I tried to pinch a small amount, but it had a very flour like consistency, which is inconsistent with the actual texture of 97% JWH-XXX (crystals, solid, lot like sugar or salt)
An active member on LegalHighGuides informed me that he too received a package of similar content from them, except it was for a product BK-MDMA.

I ran a starch-iodine test on the substance because it was evident this is SURELY not JWH-018.
What do you know, it tested positive for starch. This does not 100% prove that IT ISNT some active drug, but it proves what they sent me was NO research chemical that they have listed on their website.

I think that’s right! Because I bought from buythemg at least 4 or 5 times, always products has same type labels, computer printered with IUPAC and weights. I also should say the packagine is very supreme, with vacuum seal outside. Products excellent too !

I’ve only ordered twice so far but it’s been great every time. Their JWH-250 is fucking bomb…0_0
It does take a bit to get to you though, Each time it was like 25 days until it reached me >_<

We recommend you check it out while you can as prices are slightly cheaper there, and you can even pay using Paypal. And before anyone asks — no, Paypal is not a payment option here, and it will never be in the future.
One other thing we’d like to mention. Over the last few months we’ve noticed a lot of look-alike websites, and even several websites which have blatantly stolen our images and text. Recently we even found some websites are using country suffix domain names like “buythemg.xx“.

* I should discount any and all claims btm are legit because they utilize basic security to protect their assets. How DARE they not put their email address on their homepage so I can add them to all my spam lists!! How DARE they not give me their real address so I can break into their office in the middle of the night and steal all their fake products!! I actually used their contact form once, and a guy actually wrote me back to reply my question, and he had an actual email address. Why not just give that email to me from the beginning, huh?? What u hiding from guys??? Looks like they have a lot to hide from, because making us use their contact form is so difficult to do, and it’s SO contrary to the logic of a legit business!! I mean, Google is legit, but they never make you fill in a form if you want to contact them… oh wait… I mean Amazon is legit and they never use a form — oh wait.. Well, I’ll find a better example later..

First time buyer from buythemg.. package arrived 3 weeks after ordering.. products so far appear legit..
Assuming everything works out well I’ll hopefully be purchasing from buythemg soon(assuming), if so I’ll post what happens here.
But seeing as this article has not been updated since December tenth, should I be worried about pursuing this? Almost 2 months is a pretty painful long time to wait. Even if it coincides with the winter holidays.
Update: buythemg DID intact ship their products and we received them some time ago. For reasons which I cannot at the moment address we have had to seriously delay the publishing of our review. Sorry for the wait – it’s coming along!

FWI: their actual return address is printed on their shipments. All things considered, I think it’s quite prudent that they don’t give out all their contact details to any pinhead who loads up their website. Look at the illegal DEA raids of that vendor in Kansas just this week! Scary shit!!

I´ve ordered 500mg some time ago and 14 days later it arrived. The product is top quality and they even sent some extra stuff.

From my experience, if pay the ~$11 for the registered air mail, they will handle your order sooner and ship it out faster. It takes less than 2 weeks for me (payment to delivery) to get ship from Thailand to my PO Box in the states. The only difference is that you have to sign for it. For a POB, you’ll get a card in your box, you bring it to the PO clerk, sign a receipt (sometimes they’ll check ID) and you get your envelope.
If you don’t believe me, then fine. Don’t order from them if you don’t want to. I don’t care and they don’t either. They’ll just have more stock for me.
